Market Strategies Associates Inc. was founded in 1990 by Andy Black after a 19 year career in pet product distribution. Originally called Western Marketing Inc. the company ran as an independent broker and sales organization for the pet industry. In 2008 the company was rebranded as Market Strategies Associates Inc. when a partnership was formed with RD Webster and detailling services were brought onboard as the business expanded nationwide with enhanced marketing services including sales, physical and digital marketing as well as a nationally maintained database service. Upon the principal's retirement on January 1st 2019 the business entity was shuttered and accounts were by agreement transferred to APMG (Aquatic & Pet Management Group)
